PROJECT BRIEF

While working with Jack Morton, I was responsible for the concept design and creative development of the broadcast studios for Piers Morgan Uncensored and The Talk on TalkTV. The brief was to create visually distinctive, contemporary broadcast environments that reflected the unique identity and editorial tone of each programme while meeting the technical and operational demands of live television production.

The designs combined bold architectural forms, immersive LED integration, dynamic lighting, and flexible presentation spaces to support interviews, panel discussions, live audience interaction, and multi-camera broadcasts. Particular attention was given to camera sightlines, presenter movement, scenic composition, and the seamless integration of technology to ensure every angle delivered a compelling on-screen experience.

 

Beyond creating striking visual identities, the studios were designed to be highly adaptable, allowing the production team to accommodate a variety of programme formats and evolving broadcast requirements. The result was a pair of premium studio environments that balanced aesthetics with functionality, reinforcing the TalkTV brand while delivering engaging, high-impact television experiences.
