Developed for JA Caravan Beach, the concept reimagines the traditional beach destination as a premium coastal retreat that blends nature, recreation, and hospitality. Designed around a flexible masterplan, the experience combines caravan camping, glamping, leisure amenities, dining, family activities, and community gathering spaces within a cohesive beachfront environment. The design emphasizes guest comfort, privacy, and year-round usability, creating a destination that encourages extended stays while celebrating the natural character of Dubai's coastline.

Designed as a family entertainment destination in Abha, Saudi Arabia, Kawaken FEC was developed to deliver a vibrant, immersive experience for guests of all ages. The concept blends themed environments, interactive attractions, branded experiences, and social spaces into a cohesive destination that encourages exploration and repeat visitation. Every element was carefully considered to balance engaging storytelling with operational efficiency, creating a flexible entertainment venue capable of evolving with future attractions and guest experiences.
